When I click on a hyper-link that opens a new window, the link will open, but the page itself does not.
The browser frame is there but it opens like the frame of picture that you can see through? It's like a snap shot of the original window.
However, I can copy from the original window and paste it into the address bar of the 2nd window to open it.
Even the "Preview Post" will open a frame only with no content and I cannot see anything
:confused: :confused: :confused:
BTW: My web browser is "Internet Explorer" and I do not have any Pop-up blockers

I had this problem before and resolved it with InstallShield's (http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?code=ALL&articleid=Q105810) fix.
Unfortuneatly it won't work this time graemlins/angry.gif
I've tried several times thinking maybe I did something wrong in the instructions :confused:

Try clicking on the link while holding down the "Control" key or the "Shift" key. If it then works, it sure looks like some kind of Pop-up stopper was installed.

OK guys I finally got it fixed graemlins/hurray.gif
The fix was rather easy but difficult to explain. I was doing the MSDOS commands correct, windows would restart, then run the "Install Shield" patch (http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?code=ALL&articleid=Q105810) .
Here in lies the problem:
The very last prompt said;
"In order for the changes to take effect you need to restart your computer"
* Yes or No
Of course I wanted to restart my computer! Instead of hitting YES as I had done numerous times before, I took a wild-ass guess and went to START; SHUT DOWN; RESTART.
Everything is fine now
