How can I find out if there's any spyware on my PC? I did have a few file sharing programs, but deleted them a while ago, but heard talk some of them have spyware. Is it tiedinto their program, oris it hidden soewhere else?

Lavasoft makes a great program called AdAware, that will scan your system for spyware, and let you choose what you want removed.
