I have tried several ways to paragraph. Nothing seems to work. Everything I type comes out as one long story line. What am I doing wrong. Can someone help?

I think you're going to have to be a tad more explicit. Do you mean creating paragraphs in a program like Word ??

In html you can use;
<p>1st paragraph goes here</p>
<p>2nd paragraph goes here</p>
<p>3rd paragraph goes here</p>
I have also seen it without the </p> on some pages...
You can also use the break command <br> to seperate the paragraphs from each other...
For word processor or notepad (text) documents a hard return at the end of the paragraph (line) and a tab to indent the start. You can do two returns to seperate the paragraphs if you wish.

To be more explicit Bob, if I were to type what DJD did above mine comes out not paragraphed like his. Mine would come out just like I am typing now line after line instead of up and down like his. What you guys have to know here is I baely know how to turn this thing on. Computers are still a mystery to me. See . I dont even know what HTML means. Thats how ignorant I am about this. So any explaination to me should be done in the SIMPLEST terms.Sorry to be such a dunce.

Just hit the enter key to start a new line
or hit it twice to start a new paragraph
Is that what you mean ?
