I have the SanDisk Image Mate compact flash memory card USB reader for downloading my digital camera pictures to my computer. I have had problems getting it to work properly over the past few months. I finally got in touch with the "right" person at SanDisk who Emailed me the latest driver and very specific instructions on how to uninstall the previous driver (which was corrupted) and it worked fine. The uninstall involves tweaking the registry as a normal Windows uninstall does not work completely. So, if anyone else uses the Image Mate (USB port) and has problems, let me know and I will pass this info on.
