my wife just came to me and ask if we were going to chevellebration this year. with all the $$ ive been puting in the 66 this winter, i didn't even bother bringing it up. didn't think she would go for it.

anyway, i want to make reservations before she checks the bank account and changes her mind.are there still any rooms graemlins/beers.gif left-if so can anyone reccomend a hotel.we really want to meet some TC members and see some cool chevelles.

Just for your info, the Hampton and Guest House are the 2 which are right next to each other. They are the ones where all the evening parking lot action and activities take place, such as war stories, BS sessions, and renewing old friendships (bring your lawn chairs for the parking lot, and sitting under the trees in the park). The Guest House is a little cheaper than the Hampton. Other motels are only a short distance away. Up until a couple of years ago, the Guest House (originally Shoneys) was the host motel, but it has now changed to the Baymont (I haven't heard whether or not the Baymont will be the host this year).

I stay at the Red Roof. Its right across the road from most everything, plenty of things going on there too, plus much cheaper than some of the others.

That's where the wife and I stayed in 03. Decent place with cheap prices,as Dave mentioned. $46/night is pretty affordable for someone on a budget. The wife and I will be staying there again,this year. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
