I'm finally getting ready to bring my car for the first time,what is the car trailer parking like,I know there is a place to drop them is it secure.I looking for suggestions as what to buy to not have to worry about it leaving before me that weekend? graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Since the show field area was moved last year to a different part of the park, the trailer parking is right across from the show area. PERFECT location!
The park area has night security and the park is closed at night. Parking security in the motel lots is on your own, but so many people are out visiting in the motel lots most of the evenings, that there is basically no worrys.

Like Tom says there's a large trailer parking area at the park near the show field. As far as parking a trailer in the hotel lot, it depends where you're staying. At the Best Western (formerly Shoney's), parking is adequate but somewhat limited and you might be able to squeeze it in there. At the Hampton Inn, they have a large grassy area for trailer parking and the paved lot is large too. At the Baymont, I've been told parking is severely limited so plan on leaving it at the park if staying there.

I have left mine at the park the entire time the last 2 years I have been going, this time will be no different. I always take the Chevelle out and drive that back and forth to the hotel, and wherever else I decide to go run to the store, Advance Auto which is down the street, and out to eat, etc.

I left my pickup and trailer at the park last year and drove the chevelle back and forth. No problems at the park leaving them there. That is what I will do again this year. See you there! graemlins/waving.gif
