I decided to call Ground Up Restorations again. My first call had resulted in, "no info here, only orders, try our website". This time a lady named Maria answered. She was very helpful, answered my product questions, (looked up what she wasn't sure of), and ended the conversation with, "call anytime for info". I had asked for Ken but he wasn't there. Anyway, it seems that the response is completely dependent on who answers. I have no problem ordering from Maria.....

Thanks for being good enough to place this post - most suppliers try hard to please all of us -- - - - - - or aren't around for long if they don't.
