SIDEWINDER Oct 22nd, 01, 8:11 AM HEY GUYS THIS WEEKEND I WENT TO JUMP INTO THE CHEVELLE TO CRUISE AROUND AND THE DRIVERS DOOR WOULDNT OPEN UP. ALL IT WOULD DO WOULD UNLATCH AND IT SEEMS TO GET CAUGHT UP ON SOMETHING. WHATS GOIN ON HERE? It has happened to me and it takes some fooling around to get the door open, but once you tighten up the striker post you will be good to go. THATS A TORX ISNT IT? I HAVE THE INTERIOR DOOR PANELS TAKEN OFF THIS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. I ended up taking them to a body shop to get the problem fixed. It was the rod not the striker plate. | ||
