What is the best way , or ways to find one and not go bankrupt?
Suggestions appreciated

Classifieds, swap meets, buy an open 12 bolt and rebuild it, or my way and buy a whole car for the rear. If you want one ya gotta pay unless you want to wait around a long time.

Never forget Earnhardt!

Look everywhere, check newspapers, speedshop bullitin boards etc., and ask everyone with a Chevelle. I found one about a month ago at a small local swapmeet. The onwer was asking $600 but wouldn't budge, that was ok since it was a very fair price. Had Mosier axles, Richmond gears, about 15,000 miles since rebuild. The best part was the guy let me take it and send him a check for half the money since I had done business with him before.
