Can someone tell me where the exact position of the Keep Your GM Car All GM decal goes on the air cleaner base for a cowl induction set up?

It should go in the same place; on the side of the pan in the 9 or 3 o'clock position, I can't remember.

I just looked at my car and the stickers are on it since the car was new.The sticker is between the 3 and 4 o'clock position.

Correct. But it will never be in EXACTLY the same place because the workers that applied the decal just placed it on in a designated "area". Sometimes they were even a little crooked. Nobody likes crooked or misalighned things on their car, but in some cases, crooked can be correct. Especially if the worker had a hangover.
