I'd like to know if the front bumper guards found on 1971 and 1972 Chevelles/El Caminos are the same as the front ones found on the 1970 models. Also, if anyone has any for a 1970 El Camino, in any condition (no dents) please let me know. Thanks.

I have never compared the bumper guards side by side, but I really don't think it is possible. I just went out to the garage and compared 70-71 front/rear bumpers and the face contour is different, ESPECIALLY on the rear. Very probably, rear Elky bumpers are identical.

70-72 Montes are the same, 70 Montes and El Caminos use the same front bumper

Shawn,
70 has a different bumper then the 71-72's
so the guards are different also.
But the guards for a 70-72 MonteCarlo are the the same for the 70 Chevelle & Elcamino.
Also the front bumper for the 70 Monte, is the same for a 70 Elcamino.
"Round parking lights."
This should give you a few more options to help find some.

Good luck.
