The good news is - I've got the windshield washer nozzels for my '68.
The bad news is - they are in a plastic bag.
Where/how should they be mounted?
My guess is that they attach to one of the hood louver mounting studs, and shoot through one of the slots of the louver, but I want to be sure they are in the right place.
Can anyone help with the details?

Can't say the 70's are the same as the 68's, but they should be close. Mine are on the very back of the hood. I doubt they are in the louvers.

I have looked the 68 hood over, but can't see any obvious place the nozzles could be mounted at the back of the hood, except near or through the louvers.
Does anyone have a 68 with the nozzels intact? I would like to get it right.

They don't shoot through the loovers, if you look under the weather-strip attached to the Hood you will find 2 holes that they mount to, they shoot behind the hood and on top of the wiper arms....
