How much room does everone have between their lower rear valance and their tail pipes. i need to go back to the exaust shop and have them bent correctly now that the car is together, but I need a number. By the way its a 70 SS 396. Mat ACes #2424

On my 69 I have about a half an inch. I'm not sure if there is a correct/original distance for this. But generally its between 1/4-1/2" from what I've seen.
