The heater-a/c blower fan switch is going out on my '70 chevelle. I can't find a new one at a parts house & I don't see one in any of the chevelle catalogs.
Anyone know where I can find one?
I don't want to take the dash a part more than once...

Rod,
I just recently bought 2 from Chev. The part number is 6273383. Less than $10. for 70-72 Chevelle with heat/AC. I would bet it is still available from Chev. Call your local Chev parts first thing Mon.

Well, I know Year One carries 'em. I have picked one up last year for my 70 with A/C. I think it was $13.

RBK,
I just called my Chev parts man. The switch, 6273383, is still available from Chev. My discount cost is $9.64. At this price, EVERYONE with 70-72 factory air should get one now and put it away, you WILL eventually need it. The switch in both my and my son's 70 & 71 have had to be replaced.

Got it ordered from the chevy dealer. They "only" wanted/got $15.28!
oh well...I guess that's for the wonderful Goodwrench service they save up for others.
