Finally after a week of enduring all the WTC stuff I felt like starting to work on my car agian so; This morning I took my seats to the upholstery shop to be recovered. The gentleman who does my work is very meticulous and checks out all the seats before I leave. While inspecting the rear seats for damage(found a cracked frame) he noticed a small tab of paper sticking out from under the old seat cover. After 10 minutes of carefull cutting of the hog rings and material out came a fairly intact build sheet for my car. I was very excited to say the least http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif. Now I have two build sheets for my car as when I purchased it the previous owner had found one when recovering the front buckets.Just goes to show you can never give up looking for the hard to find build sheet. I wasn't even looking for one. Guess I'm just lucky. Bout friggin time.

This is my next question. The build sheet is wrinkled pretty bad and even after pressing it in a book for a day or so it still won't lay down. Anyone have any ideas? Can it be ironed http://www.chevelles.com/forum/confused.gif?The first build sheet that came with the car is laminated and looks real good. I will have the seconed one done the same way if I can get it to lay flat.Another question, where can I get it laminated? Do the laminate pieces that you can buy work OK?,or is this best left to a profession shop?Appreciate any help...Albert

Albert:

Take it to Kinko's to have it laminated. Put it in a big book with lots of weight for a week before.

BTW: Did you get your AC vent fixed on that orange 69 yet?
