Hello all!

I was wondering if anyone knows how many Gobi Beige SS 396's (Black vinyl top) were produced back in 1970.

I have an original Gobi Beige (now Black) Chevelle and was wondering if this was a rare color? I think it was only available in 1970?

Is there any info out there with that much detail?

Maybe down the road, I might bring the car back to original color.

I love that color,wish it was on a conv.though.
There are no EXACT records of color combonations from Chevrolet.
It is a rarely seen color on a Super Sport.I have seen more in non Super Sport trim.Not really considered a Muscle Car color back in the day.Like Misty Turquoise as well.
