justinhertel Sep 17th, 01, 6:30 PM i have a block with ventalation through the valve covers, one where the oil is poured in and one where there is a vacume line hooked up to a 1 inch spacer under my carb. what happens if i disconnect the vacume line and take out the spacer? ? Sep 17th, 01, 7:33 PM Nothing, as long as you're planning on putting a breather in the hole. I'd say keep it how it is now, that's a PVC system, and keeps the breathers from smoking... which makes a really nasty smell if you happen to use synthetic oil.
