Guys I feel like an idiot! I can build a motor but can't figure out my plug wires. I have a set of Taylor Pro Wire cut to fit plug wires. The directions are pretty slim and there are no pictures of assembly. How do I make up these wires? They have an outer plastic/rubber coating a layer of white stringy stuff, a solid white part with a small black center. Could someone provide a step by step approach to this. Thanks as always..............Ward

Cut off all the insulation right down to the core for about 1/2" on the end. Wrap the core back so it runs down the rest of the wire. Put on the metal clip so that the core of the wire (that is wrapped back down the wire) is pinched in between the metal clip and the rest of the wire. Clamp the metal clip on with some pliers. It's kinda hard to get the metal clip clamped down good on the wire, but you'll figure it out. It's not too bad.

Once done, lube up the end of the wire a little bit and slide the plug boot over the metal clip.

1) Route the shortest wire to the farthest plug. That way if you cut it too short you can use it on a different, closer, plug.

2) Cut the wire about 1" longer than you need at a 45 degree angle. Spray the boot and wire with some lubricant. Silicone spray works well. Slide the wire in with the 45 degree cut facing down into the boot, when this hits the back of the boot it will push it up and out the back.

3) Strip the wire and fold it back then crimp the terminal with the wire folded in between.

4) Pull the boot over the terminal.

Good luck.
