I have a 72 chevelle with 350 eng 350 tranny non gauge dash. I have the neutral safety switch attached to the steering column but i dont know what wires go to it. I am installing a painless muscle car 18 circuit harness. There are 4 prongs on the switch two on the left that are north and south and 2 on the right that are east and west of each other. Any help would be appreciated.

The "two on the left that are north and south" are for the neutral/park start safety switch. The other two are the back up light switch.

Thanks for the help also does the position of the wires matter because the switch doesnt have letters or anything on it to tell me which one goes where.

it does not matter what position for the wires.
