I have 70 with standard wheel and tilt column. The horn wires coming out of the steering wheel come together in a flat contact. How do I hook this up to the column? I cant find a picture in my assembly manual that really shows it.
It sure would be nice to have a horn.

what does the inside of your steering column look like? missing any parts? You should have a flat plate that spins with the steering column and on the back of this plate is a metal contact surface. This surface rides on a spring-loaded button that inside your steering column.

So are you missing any of these parts?

I guess i.m missing the the part that comes out of the column to connect to the horn wire, but I'm not really sure.
