I have a 1970 Chevelle that when I press the break pedal the lights dim and the radio cuts out. This dose not happen all the time. I had the regulator tested at Auto Zone and they said it was working fine. Any help would be great.

Try looking for shorts in the trunk harness, sounds like a possible short in your tail light wiring.
