Wire from harness to coil connection is getting warm when the switch is on (even if not starting, or engine is off).

There is a splice at the point of the heat, but should it be getting warm?

I've got another post concerning proper grounding points. Can this issue be related?

Other?

Thanks

If the splice is loose, it will generate heat. Also, the resistor wire may generate some heat as it dissipates voltage.
