I just recently had the second bulb go out that goes to my speedometer. How do I get behind it to replace those bulbs?

I replaced a couple in my 72 a couple years ago and if I remember correctly the dash pad has to come off. Then they`re right there. They have tabs sticking out the back, simply give`m a twist and pop`m out.
