I posted this issue as part of a 3 part problem, but got no response. I've also tried to search for rememdy. I'll post separately here.

Parking lights on, both turn signal indcators (green arrows on dash) are on and high beam indicator. They will go off if I turn dash light dimmer(in headlight switch) to full dim (but I believe overhead interior(headliner) light stays on).

(All parking and headlights work, turn signals flash properly)

Some of other posts indicate grounding problem. I had a similar situation when a front parking light had lost ground (but only one green light stayed on), but that isn't problem now.

Any ideas? Thanks.

The wiper switch and the head light switch are grounded by a metal strap that makes contact with the body metal at the dash carrier screw just above the wiper switch. The strap is sandwiched between the carrier plastic and the metal carrier mounting frame. The above mentioned ground strap has a black wire attached that is connected to the cluster.

You can install a wire from the cluster back (under one of the screws) to the parking brake assembly. This will give a better ground than the factory ground strap, which can become rusted or the screw can loosen.

Appears all electrical problems on dash (and dash lights) were healed over weekend. While I changed headlight switch (since I'd already bought) and I found one wire going to door jamb switch that was close to completely broken, I believe the actual culprit was the initially suspected POOR GROUND TO DASH CLUSTER. Adding new ground directly to dash did the trick. (GM ground strap at switches had been bent at some point so no contact on that one.)

Special thanks for 68Elky, John_Muha and Elree Colby for their guidance.
