My 70 SS has factory tinted windows and I think the windshield has been replaced,car has no radio now but there is a plug in for antennae but I don't see any sign of one in the windshield. My question is there any way to get a windshield ant. without replacing windshield or is there an alternative I can use other than drilling a hole in the fender and putting ant. there?

If the antenna isn't sandwiched in the window glass, there's no good way to add it. This guy mentioned a hidden antenna that's available but no link. Sounds like a fair price though.

I had a 69 Camaro with no antenna, I bought a cheap aftermarket one and just taped it to the bottom of the dash pad under the dash, it worked very well.
