I completly rewired my El Camino with an after market kit. Whats nice is that you can custom order each harness, like the engine harness to fit exactly what you are going to run. HEI, Electric choke etc. Can also as for larger wiring to handle heavy loads.
The flat floor harness that runs to the back is not reproduced by anyone that I know of. I found an NOS one by placing an ad in the wanted setion on this site. My harness had been hacked to death my previous owners for a trailer hitch hookup, and several different aftermarket gauges packadges and radios mounted under the dash.
