I replaced my stock plastic steering wheel with a 3 spoke sport wheel, I bought a new contact from opg, the problem is the wire from the colum to the contact. How do I use the one from the plastic wheel? or do I need another type? It looks like I can cut one wire off and use it,but how does it connect? Any help would be appreciated. :confused:

you need a new contact kit sill available from gm it is a stud, spring and retainer.
