hooked up all lights and all of them work except the stop lights, i replaced the "stop" fuse, but no go.

Take some measurements on the curved turn signal switch connector mounted on top of the column. Put the turn signal switch in the center (off) position. Measure the white wire on the turn signal switch as you press down on the brake pedal. This wire comes from the brake switch. You should have 12 volts. Next measure the yellow and green wires as you press down on the brake. You should have 12 volts on each wire to ground.

check the actual brake switch button. Mine got stuck. thought i had a wirung prob, but turned out to be just a sticky switch.
