HI. What would a 454 rebuilt with new holly 750,performance intake,new fuel pump,water pump,cam 556 lift 292 deration,,new lifters, regular rockers,ovel port heads,30 over. trans has a 3200 stall kit,----- be worth. Also is this a mild street combo ? Thanks

Motor and trans? I mean if you can buy a BBC for $1500 (US) for the longblock, that's a steal IMO. Maybe "fair" value is more like $2000 on the mill and $500 on the tranny.

BTW 3200 is too much stall. Not knowing the exact specs it's hard to say, but most mild BBC's ( and this is) get along just fine with 2600-2800 stall. So you might need to swap the converter.

stall is the built in amount of slippage in a torque converter before it hooks up solid, well almost solid,there is always a limited amount of slip in a non-lock up torque converter http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif
