This is confusing... The fuel gauge works and is the only thing in the rear that works. I've tryed replacing the bulbs and grounding them, but nothing happens. There is a small clip on the connecter that connects the dash harness to the taillight harness, does this clip need to be ground on something? Any input, suggestions?

Tail lights are actually running lights. The dash light switch works both the front and rear running lights. Are the front running lights coming on when you pull the switch?

yep, the front ones work fine. I'm thinking the bulbs are junk and I'm going to replace them
