I kept trying to troubleshoot my electrical problems in my '71. When the car is on is stay around 12V, when is idle to approx to 2500rpm is around 14.5 and when I begin to run the car approx on 40mph it goes up from 15.5 to 16V. This is getting my radio crazy!!! shutting up and down especially when I move the column shift from P to D. I have change for new alternator, regulator and battery(900 to 1000amp). What else can I do??

Feliz Navidad again this year. Take a look at what Peter wrote on the fourth page of this thread. See which wire has the wrong voltage on it. That should get you started.
