I am following up with some questions about the 1971 automatic console:(Jade green interior)

1) Is the screws that hold the rear light panel the same in apperance as the ones that holds the top lids (i:e plates)?

2) Is interior of console box "flocked" i:e some kind hair material, like on Pontiac 68-72 A body console boxes?

3) Is inside of box grey or black or color keyed?

4) Anybody know of the seat belt holder on console - black or color keyed to interior?

5) Should the front belts have the plastic covers covering the anchor bolt (on tunnel). Deluxe style belts.

Frame off resto on 1971 402 SS hardtop.

There should be a flexible rubber cover over the seat belt bolts on the transmission tunnel. It holds both the lap and shoulder belts.

Thanks for info. Mine was a bench car originally. Maybe that's why they're missing.
