: Buick front arm rest same as Chevelle? mark2002 Jan 6th, 05, 11:17 PM I just saw a set of front arm rests for a 72 Buick on ebay. I really don't like the molded repro arm rest pads and the auction is for a set of original green pads and bases. Will they fit on my 69 chevelle? The color may be slighly darker, but the picture isn't that great. I may even use the Buick bases with the chrome strip on them if they will fit. mr 4 speed Jan 7th, 05, 8:58 AM I think the Buick armrests are 15" (longer than Chevelle) at least thats how both my 1970 GS's where I know the Oldsmobile bases with the chrome strips will fit Chevelles.Adds a nice touch IMHO If you're looking for some,me or parts partner can help you..email at ros6872@hotmail.com mark2002 Jan 7th, 05, 4:30 PM Maybe the bases and pads are out of an Olds because they have the chrome strips on them.
