I have a 72 chevelle Malibu and recently ordered new seat covers for it. When they came the back bench was the right cover, but i noticed there was something different with the front seats. The front seats on mine are different from the new 72 chevelle seat covers, also the ones it came with have a center armrest. Are there any chevelle malibus that came with different seat covers with a center armrest? If so where can i buy a cover for a center armrest?

As far as I know, the bench seat with the center arm rest was not offered on the Chevelle. Buick and Olds offered the option, though, for that year so your seat may have come from one of those models. You may have to have the covers custom sewed.
