Hey all -
Just talked to an upholstery manufacturer in my area who confirmed that they can and have previously custom-built the door panels for Heavy Chevys. I think the quote was $695 for a set of fronts and rears. There was a magazine car write-up a while back that mentioned this place. Here's their website:
