Was out this weekend picking up some trim for my Chevelle and came across a part that looks to hold the shoulder strap above along the headliner. Every Chevelle I have ever seen has the two chrome clips. This part is plastic and carries the GM part number 9605815. Anyone familiar with this item? :confused:

Also noticed the my brothers 72 still has the clips. Was this an option?
