In case you missed the announcement the server is going off-line today.

We are having most of it replaced to try and find a glitch that has been with us for quite some time. I'm optimistic that it will get fixed. We are getting a couple of hiccups a day and that is unacceptable. (losing our network connection for no valid reason)

OK, all over with. Everything has been changed except the hard drives. Hopefully the access has been improved and we will no longer experience blips. (for the computer minded, there might still be a problem as we are using raid with dual 6gb drives and apparently Linux doesn't really like this setup - single disk is the next option).

Are you using IDE drives? SCSI drives may be the key. Email me for details.
