On a '70, the curvature of the new window felts (which mount onto the body outside of the window) do not match the body. I got them from National Parts Depot. The curvature is too large. Bending to match does not appear to be the answer for now. I am looking for suggestions on how to install or whom makes a more suitable product.

Did you get the original style with "beaded" chrome trim or flat chrome trim?

I purchased original style "beaded" trim from NPD several years ago for my 69'. The name on the package was "Re-Pops". They fit very good but if I recall needed a little bending to fit perfectly.

Had the same problem with my 70. I got them to fit "okay" but there's still a decent sized gap where the window ledge sweeps vertical. I heard GM NOS solves the problem...yeah, I know, I know!
