Car is a 65 SS convertible... trim tag was removed by thieves and based on the shape of the seat foam and the giant holes in the seats I think the odds of finding a build sheet are pretty slim, so I'm just trying to figure out what I really have.

Yes, those are A49. In a '65 you likely won't find the build sheet in the seat upholstery. If there is even one in the car (not too common in '65's) it would more likely be on the floor under the back seat, under the gas tank or glued to the inside of the passenger side front fender. All three locations are pretty poor for preserving the paper.
