I have a 71SS with bench seat. Should there be 5 seat belts for the front seat-a lap and seperate shoulder belt for driver and far passenger and a lap-only belt for the passenger sitting in the middle? If so I only have 4. Thanks.

Yep, there should be 5, the lap belt for the middle passenger. I left that one out when I redid the interior in my 70. No one could sit there anyway with the shifter in the way.
