I was wondering if anyone has a 65 El Camino with a aqua bucket seat interior as my car/truck is missing the buckets and the carpet. The rest of the interior is there and I don't know if the seats and carpet color match the dash pad (dark aqua) or the head liner (light aqua)thanks a million,Stan

Stan,
My '65 EC is Tahitian Turquoise w/light green (aqua?) interior. The buckets originally had the center inserts same dark color as the dash pad and the rest of the seat same as the
door panels (light green). Carpet was dark green. Sorry, only thing that remains of the original is the door panels and the dash pad, or I'd send you some pix. Headliner is original and a light color not exactly same as door panels.
Hope this is useful. I might have some old slides I took back when the car was almost new that would show the interior. I can check next time I'm down in CA in acouple of weeks if you're not in a hurry

Stan,
My 65 was white with aqua interior originally. I believe I still have pics of my interior how it originally was on my website. lemme look real quick and I'll edit back with a direct link.
Doesn't show really well but look here: http://www.angelfire.com/ca4/chevelle/interior.html Those are the original covers, I'm tryin to remember on the dashpad, but i believe the dashpad was dark, the carpet was dark, and the rest of the interior was light aqua.
good luck!
