I took out all the screws in the front and can get the pad to move a little but can't get it out can anyone tell what I'm doing wrong?

Ron, two, or four ( cant remember) on the sides and a number underneath and then it should come out fairly easy.

Gene, there is 1 on each side and 4or 6 under the pad, I took them out but it seems there is something holding it up. I don't want to destroy it from pulling on it.

There should be a couple of clips that hook onto the dash too. Push it forward (if I remember right) and it should pop loose.

I've heard that the memory is the second thing to go.
I don't remember what the first thing is!?
