i have a 70 chevelle 2dr ht with bench seats, i came across some real good seats out of a 71 Monte Carlo, i would like to know if they will bolt right up,

You will need the bucket seat brackets that the buckets bolt on to. If you could find the Monte they came out of you would see what you need to bolt them in. Ground Up sells the brackets you need. I had a friend that torched the floor pan area out of a Monte and got the brackets that way and cut them off later. You might want the rear console bracket as well if you want a console.

If you can't get the brackets right now, you can still bolt the seats in, you just need to use some washers or spacers under the front two mounts.

I would not drive with them just bolted in. If you get into a wreck the bolts will rip through the floor board.
