does anybody have a template for the holes to be drilled for installing a padded dash on a 64 chevelle? how much trouble is it? Where can I get a template? I have a good used pad I would like to install. Any ideas would be helpful! thanx alot!!

when i did the pad in my 65, i found a beat up pad, ripped off the covering, punched out the studs, and then used it for a template. Putting in the new one was pretty easy but it is a two person job. One person to line up the holes from beneath the dash while the other person moves the pad around up top.

I have a 64 elky parts car that has the padded dash. If you need me to I'll make a paper template and send to you.
