If you've never tried this, do so. It really brought my original sill plates back to life. Heck you show car types already know this I'm sure!

good tip! I have been wanting to clean mine up for a while.
did you use a buffing wheel, or just hand rub it?
how shinny does it make it? I wouldn't want it too look chrome plated or something.
