Hey Lynwood, WA huh? Small World! Do you ever go to the friday night cruise-in at the burgerking up there?

Interior work is fun stuff, and fairly easy to do. Just about every thing you will need to do has been discussed in detail here in the past- So you best resource will be the search function on this forum. Use keywords like headliner, seat covers, door panels, etc etc. You'll get a ton of info.

For the best Info on Headliner installs, check out this site(scroll down to his headliner section) He has great step by step instructions w/ pictures. It is on a camaro, but the method & materials are the same. http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/3915/mycar/interior.html

There are also several Good books out there you can buy:
Automotive Upholstery Handbook (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1931128006/ref=pd_bxgy_text_1/102-2541749-6122569?v=glance&s=books)
Auto Upholstery & Interiors: A Do-It-Yourself Basic Guide (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1557882657/ref=pd_bxgy_img_2/102-2541749-6122569?v=glance&s=books)

Anyway- Good luck with it!
