What is a fair price for having a head liner installed?

Don't know if it was fair, but I paid $90 for labor and supplied the liner on my 70 Malibu.

I plan on bringing my car to DG's house and having him take it to the shop that charged $90. Seems fair to me. To put it into context, I live in a place where labor is cheap (mine included). I am about 60 miles from the Mexican border and we have a lot of good uphostlery shops here. But $90 seems competitive no matter where you are.

If I could get mine done for $90 that would be a steal! I was quoted $350 and thats with me supplying the headliner!

The place I went in case anyone in Ohio is interested the trim shop I used was JP's Auto Trim in Fairborn Ohio. Father and son shop, the dad is a Veteran. I would highly reccommend them. The son did my headliner by the way.

Had mine done two years ago and paid 250 dollars, labor and materials. This included the two sunvisors. Really nice job. Seemed to be the going price at most trim shops in my part of NJ.

Had mine replaced last year and the cost here in Houston at a local interior restoration shop was $125 for labor with me supplying Year One materials.

I don't care if it cost $100,000 to do one. It took me two weeks to do one. What a major pain. And it still looked bad! Paided $125 to have it done right. $90 is a steal!
