Does anyone have good pictures of the dimples where their shifter cable goes through and where the shifter mounts? Actually, what would be great is if someone could post a picture of a finished assembly with everything mounted and hooked up.

I see some dimples for the shifter (the back holes) but nothing in the front. I also see no dimples anywhere near where the cable goes through. I have 3 dimples in a triangle pattern directly in front of the shifter and another thats about 5-6 inches towards the firewall from those.

I found my assembly manual. But, it only tells the distance the hole is from the center of the hump. It doesn't tell how far it is from the shifter. I don't see any dimples 2.24" from the center. I thionk I see how everything goes together (I have a vague idea where the holes go). But, it would be nice to see a finished one.

I found some old posts on this topic. But, none of the pics were working.

I may be wrong but I think the hole for the shifter cable goes in the center of the three holes?
My cable has a rubber boot with a metal ring that has three holes around the edge to screw the seal to the hump.
I dont have any dimples so I cant really say?

I'll have to look. But, the hole is supposed to be 1 1/2" and I don't think the three are that far apart, though that would make sense if they are.

Actually looking at the pic Tom Sharpe posted a while back, it looks like the hole goes beside the three marks.
