I bought a horseshoe shifter at Carlisle for $25.00. Is there a difference between the Chevelle, Impala, and Camaro automatic horseshoe shifters. How can I tell if I have the right one? I don't have the original console yet, so I can't test fit it.

The only difference I noticed was at the mounting plate, Chevelle is longer than Camaro.

As Harley says, the handle is the same but the mounting brackets are different, The camaro has a mounting bracket that is pretty much flat for the most part, the chevelle's bracket curves up and down and looks like a roller coaster, for lack of another way to describe it. Not to familiar with the impala mount, but I saw one recently and it was very similar to that of the chevelle, but it is my understanding that it is not the same, don't know what the difference is exactly............GT
