I have a picture on my site of the location of the lock switch if it helps.

The power window switches go where your window crank is located. Just square off the hole and mount the switch. It's very simple and the location is already mapped out by that hole. This is what I did on my car and it worked great, but no pics sorry. As for the lock location, I'm in the same bind, where is correct. Who knows.
